Marsha is a practicing attorney with three decades of experience in family law and program leadership.  She served two terms on the WI Access to Justice Commission and has served on the WI State Bar’s Legal Assistance Committee and Board of Governors. She is a former President of the Dane County Bar Association, Distinguished Clinical Professor at the U.W Law School and Director of the Economic Justice Institute.
